Description
1/8 Steer from our farm. Our cattle are raised in northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin at either ours or one of our partner pastures. Our main farm is located in Wauconda Illinois. You will get about 65 lbs of beef (not less than 60lbs). Here is approximately the cuts and quantity you will receive (all weights are approximate):Sirloin Steaks: 2-4 Pounds
T-Bone/ Porterhouse: 3-4 Pounds
Rib Eye and/or New York Strip: 4-5 Pounds
Short Ribs and Shank: 2-4 Pounds
Roasts: 4-6 Pounds
Steaks (Chuck, Flatiron, Hanger, Flank, etc.): 5-10 Pounds
Stew Meat: 6-8 Pounds
Ground Beef: 18-25 Pounds
Please note that all weights are approximate. We will make sure you get a minimum of 60 Pounds of Meat but exact amounts of each type of cut will vary.

We ship our products packed in insulated containers with freezer packs.
