Voltage Requirement:
15V Power Delivery (PD) is required for the USB-C power supply, and this cable will charge at 15V/2.58A, 15V/1.6A, 15V/4A, 15V/6.33A.
Other chargers with less than 15V PD output, including 5V, 9V or 12V won't work normally. Please double-check your PD charger and make sure that it lists "15V/3A" in the specs.
