Our USDA Choice Angus Top Sirloins are handcut. They are carefully vacuum sealed and frozen. They ship two steaks to one bag. Pictured above is the insulated foam cooler and dry ice we use to ensure a safe shipment.  We have been in business since 1990.

The following payment options are acepted:
We ship orders via UPS ground, 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air and 1 Day Air. Frozen orders can safely be shipped up to 4 days ground. 4 day ground orders can only be shipped on Mondays for Friday arrival. Weekend days do not count for time in transit.
Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns on food items.
