We have made corned beef hash (one of our best selling dishes) from scratch as well as tried every brand known to mankind, i.e. Best Value, Mary’s, Etc.
I have to tell you that NONE, not even homemade, comes close to the taste of the Palm Brand Corned Beef Hash!  Furthermore, this brand is VERY difficult to get anywhere, so we’re lucky to have found it.
My suggestion for preparation
:  In a skillet, use Pam or other vegetable spray, spray your skillet, and cook your corned beef hash on medium high.  It cooks up very crispy if you like it that way.  THAT’S IT!
If you want to make it stretch, add some freshly chopped onions and/or bell peppers, preferably red or yellow.
