This book is worth having just to identify how Mattel pak items were sold. Mattel sold tons of accessory packages that most people aren't even aware of. It is great for identifying the many clone items from the 60s and many toys and dolls besides Barbie are featured. It also features many prototype dolls that were never produced, as Mattel use prototypes for their ads - like a blond Fashion Queen. All of the dolls pictured have perfect, original hair styles and all of the clothing is mint. Also shown are rarely seen structures and hard to find outfits.
