    Description

    This is a beautiful metal  figurine. It is  5.25" high X 4.5" long including the base.  the horse only is 4.25" high to top of riders head.  I am pretty sure this is a Lipizzaner stallion and was probably a souvenier of the Spanish Riding school in Vienna, as outfit looks like theirs,  but it  has no markings saying so.    Alternative could be Napolean Bonaparte.   This is not listed in any of my metal horse reference books.  Very shiny metal looks beautiful, very golden with darker shading.  I am not sure if it is brass or bronze or pot metal. no maker marks.  the beige marble is real pretty . the right front  corner has an extrememly small chip, I only discovered it when I was checking it carefully to list.  Trust me, it is very hard to see and does not spoil the piece at all.   photos show one with flash and the others without flash. The flash photo makes a lot of black shadows. It is quite heavy and must ship at the 2 pound rate.

I cannot always tell if something has been changed from it's original finish, or has had a little customizing, as I usually did not get it new. I can not guarantee the maker of an old item either, but try my best to give you accurate info. If I missed any little flaws, they must be really small or minor! If you have any questions, please ask before bidding. I only take returns if I made a significant error in the listing! My home is non smoking with dogs. Many of my items are second hand and I cannot know what the place they came from was like, but I am very careful to buy only clean and nice smelling items to re sell. Although I store my ebay items in clean plastic tubs, stray dog hair might accidentally get on them. See my feedback!
