The Vietnam era Cargo Ship used to transport Cold War supplies sank from a hurricane in 1967. The crew was rescued by helicopter in high winds and rough seas. She lies in 50 meters of water off of South Wales.
This Artifact was recovered from a surviving passenger..
The artifact is slabbed.. The COA  is signed by the Diver  working for the Salvage Company , has a photo of the artifact, and has the the story of the shipwreck.

Luminence; Cargo Ship built in 1954 .  588 tons; 190x28 feet; Sank on March 1st 1967, in a rough gale weather and 40 mph winds. The crew were rescued by helicopter with the help of Potroclus and another ship diverted to help with the rescue.
She now lies on the Hats and Barrels South Wales on the way out to the Smalls. She lies in about 50m of water.
