Coming to America 27x41 original single sided one sheet movie poster

Description

This poster is in good condition- Two small holes in the center, small top right tear, folded right corner, some edge wear.
An original one sheet movie poster acquired from the
West Shore Theatre
in New Cumberland Pennsylvania. A classic single screen theatre opened in 1940 and continuously operated for 75 years. Now being run as a non-profit.
All posters have been stored flat but will be shipped rolled in a sleeve. Folded posters will be shipped folded in a thick cardboard mailer.
Grading System:
This listing contains an original one sheet movie poster. Most have been displayed by the theatre therefore show signs of wear and handling. The following grading system will further describe each poster.
Near mint
- As good as it gets. No tears, little to no wrinkling, no fading, edges intact.
Excellent
- No tears, some wrinkling from handling, minimum edge wear.
Very good
- Might have small tears, or heavier wrinkling, or faded, heavier edge wear.
Good
- Starting to show combinations of all condition issues or an excess of one condition.
Fair-
Major defects.
