Converts VGA, HDMI, and SDI video sources in a variety of formats
Can also take in audio via stereo RCA ports
Outputs via HDMI or SDI
Basic configuration via dip switches (source, audio, conversion, and aspect ratio)
1080 HD output with frame rates between 23.98p and 60p, or 50i to 60i
720, 576, and 480 output also available, with fewer frame rate / interlacing options
The unit can be further configured via PC software using a USB Mini cable, but these are not included here.
CONDITION NOTES
This unit does not have the power adapter. A little minor wear from past deployment.
If you don't already have a power adapter or power system you intend to use with this unit, please note that the power requirements are 12v 0.5a, positive center, 5.5mm barrel.  This is a fairly common plug, though the original would have had a threaded connection for added security.
