    Why I like this book:
    So many interesting topics including prototypes, Barbie in other countries, and rarities that you can't find in other books. Did you know there was an African American Skipper prototype? Who was Becky? What Todd and Tutti outfits were sold in Europe, but not in USA? A lot of info on accessories, houses, vehicles, gift sets and cases. I also love the pictures of "freaks" - dolls that shouldn't have made it on the market but somehow did.
    Hard to find!
    Much reading on the history of Barbie.
    Hard cover identification and values book.
    Many of the images are in black and white. Some are in color.
    Covers early dolls up to 1977 when book was first published.
    Minimal damage to cover. Inner pages are excellent!
