IEV TURBOSCAN MODEL T-1500 LINE DOUBLER

Description

This is an IEV Turboscan Model T-1500 line doubler.
It will accept 240 lines interfaced and boost to 480 lines progressive (480P)
It was previous used with an Electrohome RGB projector, and it did a terrific job of presenting a very clean image
It features RS-232 control input
Inputs include 15 pin RGB, S-Video in and out, and Composite BNC video in and out
Outputs include  15 pin VGA, BNC out - Red, Green, and Blue, and BNC sync
Included is the original manual and a 3 foot BNC to VGA cable with female to male inserts
There is NO remote. There was
no remote
included when it was purchased.
The manual shows a remote but the factory was not originally supplying remotes
The available functions are accessible from the front panel switch
It is a nice unit but is limited since it is only a line
doubler
- (240i to 480p)
Does not support any digital formats such as HDMI, etc., but it is a great unit if you have an earlier projector or video source
Can be rack mounted
This is an analog scaler
Great fun for an earlier video source
