Kramer VP-703XL XGA to composite video (SD) converter

Description

This is useful to convert signals to convert 1024x768 VGA to composite video.
It supports much higher resolutions.  However,  even though it says it will do 1920x1080 don't be misled. If you convert 1080 down to 480 lines you are throwing away more than 1/2 of the information. This could be fine for photos or large fonts.  It will look terrible on small windows fonts at high resolution.
