Product Understanding
The electric heating jacket is made of alkali-free glass fiber as the insulating material, the alloy wire spring is installed in it, and the aluminum silicate cotton is vacuum-shaped hemispherical insulation body for heat preservation. The shell is injection molded at one time, and the upper cover adopts the electrostatic spraying process. With spherical heating, the heated area of the container can reach more than 60%.  It has the characteristics of fast heating, high temperature, easy operation, and durability. It is the most ideal instrument for precise temperature control and heating test.
Precautions
√ When used for the first time, white smoke and peculiar smells come out of the sleeve, and the color changes from white to brown and then to white. It is normal. Because the glass fiber contains oil and other compounds during the production process, it should be placed in ventilation. After a few minutes disappear, it can be used normally.
√ If the liquid spills into the jacket, please turn off the power quickly, put the heating jacket in a ventilated place, and use it after it is dry to avoid the danger of leakage or electrical short circuit.
√ When not in use for a long time, please store the heating mantle in a dry and non-corrosive gas place.
√ Please do not use empty heating or dry heating.
√ When the ambient humidity is relatively high, induction electricity may be transmitted to the shell through the insulation layer. Please ground the wire and pay attention to ventilation.
