All dubia orders will be shipped in a secure cardboard or plastic container with an egg crate and a carrot for hydration.

MPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING LIVE ORDERS
: Expect your dubia roaches to be lethargic upon arrival, especially in cold/hot weather. After transit, roaches may need a few hours to adjust to their new surroundings. It is common for a few dubias to die in transit, which is why we always give the customer 10% more roaches in each order.
If
all
dubia roaches arrive perished, please contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving package. We will gladly issue a full refund and/or send new roaches.
**Dubia roach health continues with each customer. We only send roaches in healthy conditions and it is up to the customer to maintain health of roaches. Please open package immediately after receiving and place roaches in a safe place.
