Terms and conditions: 1. As a small business owner I am not in a position to accept returns as most big box retailers are. That means ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS but, everything I sell is guaranteed to be in the condition stated. If something is new, that means BRAND NEW, if its used that means used. Everything I sell is checked and verified and almost everything will have some slight wear to boxes and packages only from sitting on shelves or pallets. 2. If something happens during shipping, such as water damage or a box being dropped resulting in the item being damaged, then an insurance claim will be filed and all parties will be compensated accordingly. 3. I take care of all my customers and I promise to deliver exactly what the listing states. I know some people prefer to purchase from someone who offers a return or exchange policy. Unfortunately, I do not. 4. If you are not sure about purchasing something from me or have an item specific question, please ask me BEFORE you purchase to avoid any delays or confusion. Once the item is paid for, the sale is final. 5. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states only and will include insurance. Most deliveries are made via UPS ground Some via USPS )and will include delivery and or signature confirmation. No international shipping.
