The Bell Bottoms ( by WHITTALL & SHON) she is wearing on Magazine cover is from a store in Miami, Florida - so they were promoting the Vogue Magazine that featured Madonna wearing thier Bell-bottoms !
SUPER COOL - RARE - Pretty sure you wont find many of these around !
Size is 4" x 5.5" - Excellent Condition - stored away since i got it - from smoke/pet FREE home
