Sealed BARBIE MAGIC SLATE BLACKBOARD Mattel Lic. 1963 Watkins Strathmore UNUSED!

Description

This "Barbie Magic Slate Blackboard" toy was licensed by Mattel and manufactured by The Watkins-Strathmore Co. in 1963.  It features a fold-out cardboard easel on its backside to stand up like a picture.  Included with the Magic Slate is its black plastic stylus.  This toy still remains sealed in its original plastic baggy!
The cardboard Magic Slate itself sustains foxing, light soil, and corner crumpling from storage within its baggy over the years.  It has also gently buckled, while a tiny corner of the plastic portion of the slate sustains a corner fold.
Its plastic baggy suffers wear, soil, a few small holes (one a manufacturing punch hole), and dinging.  I cannot guarantee the "working" condition of the slate as it has not been removed from its original plastic packaging.  UN-played with! Please be aware that this is a rather large slate.  It measures 16" in height and 14" in width!
