Seeburg 200LU-1P Library Unit

This listing is for the Seeburg 200LU-1P Library unit.
The 200LU-1P for its age,  looks to be in nice condition. It is untested. I purchased it off an individual who said that he ordered it from Ebay years ago. It was supposed to be working. However, when it arrived, apparently something had happened in transit, and it did not work. I have not had it looked at or done any testing since I have owned it.
Also, included are two double sided cartridges with needles intact, and a service manual(see pic). Only the one for the 200LU-1P is included.
