1394 Firewire Cable is 4-pin to 6-pin type. I can change it to a
4-pin to 4-pin type cable, or change to a
4-pin to firewire-800 type cable, if the buyer needs.

DVMC-DA2 is
a media converter that will allow you to convert analog recordings to DV, or vice versa. For example, it can convert 8mm, VHS or miniDV tape video to a digital video/audio signal that is output to 1394 wirewire i.LINK interface (many computers has that). Or it can take a Digital video/audio signal from computer (through
1394 wirewire) to TV or Monitor's analog port for display.
The DVMC-DA2 features a hardware based codec system (compression/decompression device) for optimum performance when converting analog video to digital, or vice versa. It has an interface for editing control. It connects to Sony VCRs, camcorders and edit controllers with a Control L jack, for synchronized easy editing.
By using Sony's new DVMC-DA2, any analog video/audio source can be stored as digital data in a computer or on Digital Video Cassette. The DVMC-DA2 allows analog sources such as 8mm, Hi8 video or VHS tapes to be converted into a digital signal for easy storage and manipulation. Using the Media Converter i.LINK interface, you can send the converted digital signal to a computer. Or send Digital
video/audio to analog display.
