TV One Multimedia Solutions introduces the CSC-1100 Video Scaler, the second in its series of low-cost, high-performance Up-Converters.  The CSC-1100 accepts and auto-detects input standards of NTSC, PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N or SECAM.  It provides standard 4:3 aspect ratio outputs as VGA, SVGA or XGA signals and a 16:9 aspect ratio output for plasma displays.  The CSC-1100 accepts both Composite and S-Video signals to allow any VGA Monitor, LCD Panel, Projection TV or Plasma Screen to display virtually any video source.  The output signal is selectable between 640x480, 800x600, 852x480 and 1024x768.  NTSC inputs are output at a 60Hz vertical rate and PAL inputs are output at a 50Hz vertical rate.  An integral processing amplifier is provided to control the video input signal’s Brightness, Contrast, Hue (in NTSC), Color Saturation and Sharpness.
