This is a hard to find doll.  Produced in 1969 based on a character in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.  She has a Midge Barbie body (
Midge™/©1962/ Barbie®/©1958/ by/Mattel, Inc./ Patented).
She has Japan on her right foot.
Her head has Mattel Japan 1965, it's a Francie head mold.  The back of her legs have some dark marks.  She has a scuff on her upper back.  Her hair is a little thin on top, but I believe this is normal. no plugs are missing.   No clothes, sold nude.
