The Soviet multicore cable has two carbolite connectors with labels RG1KP, G3TP3, VX185 and "Made In USSR", every connector has 9 pin. The cables from vintage equipment were taken from the original mainframes of Soviet Union 1960's-1970's. Similar cables were used for communication different equipment and connect mainframes ES-1030, ES-1040, ES-1050, ES-1060 and other series ES-10xx also Minsk-32. The cable has copper wires in isolation.
Similar cables were used in the first computers in the USSR and in the USA (for example first electronic computers UNIVAC and IBM). The Soviet cable and other varieties of such connecting cables were used on similar computers many years ago. Cables for Univac and IBM can have their peculiarities and differences.
