Vintage Treasure Craft Art Pottery Horse Figure-Brown w/Crackle Cream Tail/Mane

Vintage ceramic horse figurine.  I believe this is a Treasure Craft art pottery item from about the 1970's.  He is brown with a cream color mane and tail that have the crackle design, which is a signature feature of the brand.  There are a few scuffs or scratches on the legs. There is a chip on the back right hoof edge.  The chip mostly shows on the bottom but a little bit shows on the front of the hoof.  I've tried to show close up photos.  He measures about 9-1/2" tall and about 10" wide from the front right knee to the back left leg.
